By accessing or using the AIMediMind mobile application (the "App"), you affirm that you are at least 16 years of age, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are under 16 years of age, you are not permitted to use this App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or access the App, and uninstall it immediately.

1. Service Description

AIMediMind is an artificial intelligence-powered health education application designed to provide users with structured, general, and symptom-based educational medical guidance through:

  • Text-based AI chat conversations (unlimited)
  • Real-time voice call conversations (minute-based purchase system)
  • Nearby pharmacy locator
  • Local chat history with optional encrypted cloud backup

Important: This App does not provide medical treatment, clinical diagnosis, or individualized healthcare services from licensed professionals.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of this App does not constitute or establish any form of doctor-patient or healthcare provider-patient relationship. AIMediMind does not offer clinical services or access to licensed medical professionals.

This App is not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

3. AI-Generated Educational Content

AIMediMind utilizes AI models trained on publicly available medical literature and symptom databases. While it aims to be accurate, the App may occasionally provide:

  • Incomplete information
  • Outdated medical guidance
  • Context-dependent responses that may not apply to individual cases

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.

4. Age Restriction

This App is intended for use only by individuals who are 16 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16, you must not use this App.

We collect limited personal data including your first name, last name, email address, and phone number (optional) solely for account setup and communication purposes. This information is securely stored on HIPAA-compliant servers.

5.2 Zero-Knowledge Architecture for Chat History
  • Your chat conversations are stored exclusively on your device using zero-knowledge architecture
  • We cannot access, read, or recover your chat history
  • You may optionally back up your chat history to
    • iOS users: iCloud (encrypted by Apple)
    • Android users: Google Drive (encrypted by Google)
  • Backups are under your sole control; we cannot access them
  • If you delete the app or your backup, we cannot recover your chat data
5.3 What You Must NOT Share

You must not enter or submit any form of Protected Health Information (PHI) through text or voice input, such as:

  • Medical record numbers, insurance details, or billing information
  • Detailed descriptions of diagnosed conditions linked to your identity
  • Prescription details, lab results, or clinical documentation
  • Information that could identify you as a patient receiving specific care

The App is not intended to process or store such health-related content beyond the basic account setup information mentioned above (first name, last name, email). By using the App, you agree to avoid entering or speaking any PHI outside of these basic registration details.

  • All new users receive 60 free minutes for real-time voice call conversations.
  • The following features are always free and unlimited:
    • Text-based AI chat

    • Chat history (local storage)
    • Optional cloud backup
    • Account management
6.2 Minute-Based Purchases

Real-time voice call conversations require minutes that can be purchased through:

  • iOS: Apple App Store In-App Purchase
  • Android: Google Play Store In-App Purchase

Available packages:

  • 10 minutes: $0.99 USD
  • 20 minutes: $1.99 USD
  • 30 minutes: $2.99 USD
6.3 Purchase Terms
  • All purchases are one-time transactions (not subscriptions).
  • No automatic renewal or recurring billing.
  • Minutes do not expire.
  • Multiple purchases accumulate in your account.
  • Minutes are non-transferable between users.
  • Refunds handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

This App may integrate or link to third-party platforms including:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store (payment processing)
  • iCloud / Google Drive (optional chat backup)
  • Google Maps API (pharmacy locator)
  • OpenAI GPT (anonymous AI response generation)
  • Cloud hosting and communication services

AIMediMind is not responsible for:

  • Privacy practices of third-party services
  • Availability or functionality of external platforms
  • Content accuracy of linked resources
  • Security breaches of third-party providers

Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and risk. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Global Use and Legal Compliance

AIMediMind is intended for global educational use. However, local laws such as HIPAA (USA), GDPR (EU), or DPDP (India) may affect how the App can be legally used in specific jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for compliance with your local regulations when using the App.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the App only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
  • Share your account credentials or transfer purchased minutes.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Attempt to exploit, damage, or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

  • Loss of data (including chat history if not backed up).
  • Technical failures, service interruptions, or data breaches.
  • Third-party service failures or security issues.
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 By AIMediMind

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse or exploit the service.
  • Use the App in a harmful or illegal manner.

No refunds will be provided for unused minutes if your account is terminated for violations.

11.2 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • All unused minute balances will be forfeited.
  • Personal data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days.
  • Chat history stored locally or in your cloud backup will not be affected.
  • No refunds for unused minutes upon voluntary deletion.

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property in the App (including but not limited to software, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by AIMediMind or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission
  • Extract or reuse any AI-generated content for commercial purposes

13. Updates to Terms and Conditions

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

  • Any changes will be published within the App and on our website.
  • Updated "Effective Date" will be displayed at the top.
  • Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
  • Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the USA.

For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you are also subject to their respective terms of service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
