4. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 16 years or older to use this app. By using AIMediMind, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

- Text chat is always unlimited and free
- Voice conversation minutes can be purchased through App Store/Play Store
- Purchases are one-time transactions (not subscriptions)
- Minutes never expire
- Refunds handled by Apple/Google according to their policies

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app integrates with:

We are not responsible for third-party service failures, privacy practices, or security breaches.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You must not:

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability: The amount you paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
BY US: We may suspend/terminate your account for violations. No refunds for unused minutes.
BY YOU: You may delete your account anytime. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible:
- All unused minutes forfeited (no refunds)
- Personal data deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Local chat history unaffected (stored on your device)
- No data recovery possible
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All app content, features, AI models, and branding are owned by AIMediMind or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
13. UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes shall be resolved in US courts of competent jurisdiction.
For App Store/Play Store purchases, you are also subject to their respective terms of service.
